Since I am an avid reader of Bo Sanchez and is inspired of how he and her wife make it a point to have a date once a week, I made it a silent rule to husband to take me out on a date at least once a week, hahah. But husband feels the same way. Dates are our solo moment together and for most of the time he is the one who insists to it…
For husband, dates don’t mean going out of the house and spending! For most of our weekends, he would cook me my favorite meals and eat over a hearty talk of random things. Or on Friday nights after work, he would bring me to the thrift shop. Our jogging time on Saturday mornings is another moment we consider a date. We watch movies together only if we both like the film… And it’s a planned date if we have to go to the movie house. Husband doesn’t like spending on movie tickets… He said we can watch it on his LCD TV at home (with a pirated cd!) and snuggling together while watching movie at home is also a DATE.
