No.1 target for the month: To lose some pounds and cut down a few inches of my waistline. Well, I am considering to go for weight loss supplements, however, I will try to do it first on my way.
So, more fruits and less carbs! Fruits that are high in fiber like berries, grapes and bananas are really good anti-oxidants. Sad that I have to reduce my rice intake for the sake of my ultimate goal (crossing my fingers, can pull it off in short time.. sigh) I also have to stick to some exercise routines to burn these unwanted fats.
Sounds so tedious, at least, I will have to drop the hard times of hiding the bulges. Good luck to me!
