Husband and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary a few days ago but instead of giving each other a gift – we spent our special day with our family and relatives to a whole day of fun at a nearby resort. That was so much fun!
On our second wedding anniversary last year, we had a memorable getaway at Coron Palawan with our friends. With a months old daughter, we celebrated our first year anniversary by going out on a date at the mall and gave each other books.
For our 4th year wedding anniversary next year, husband wants us to celebrate in Hongkong! Now I am just waiting for some good travel deals and we shall start saving for that first ever getaway out of the country.
Makes me wonder what could be a nice 10th wedding anniversary gifts for each other? Could it be another travel bug biting us once again, bringing us to Paris or Greece? That would be great but I still want a renewal of vow or a solemn church wedding as already planned.
For all our past anniversaries and for the many anniversaries to come, i feel so lucky to have a husband who is easy to please, who declines every time i asked him of what he likes as a wedding anniversary gifts. But knowing how much of a sports buff he is, i think i have to bring this home for him…
