Sad that the pretty brown bag has been tarnished in front and when I asked the repairman they denied that they did it, the strap has been fixed since then but the blot stayed as well. So she was hospitalized for almost two weeks in November that seems forever for her so she’s complaining she wanted to go home already. We needed to let her feel comfortable by some means.
