Our Lady of Lourdes Church Tagaytay

Husband and I have plans of marrying again at the church and am looking at two churches in Cavite. My first choice is the Our Lady of La salette Church in Silang and the other one is the Our lady of Lourdes Church in Tagaytay. La Salette Church in Silang is close to my heart, this is where husband and I would usually attend mass on special occasions aside from the fact that we sing on this church once in a while.

The choir has serviced to few weddings in Our Lady of Lourdes too and the church is one of the beautiful churches in Tagaytay. I am so torn between the two. Last weekend, we attended my college friend’s wedding and aside from a number of stackable church chairs, the church is at its grandiose look! I guess husband has to decide on this matter as I am really torned. But no matter what his choice would be I am looking forward to that day that I will finally walk down the aisle and marry my greatest love the second time around.

Blackberry Bold 9900

I will have my new phone delivered within this week and it’s none other than a Blackberry Bold 9900.

My Nokia C3 will be handed down to my brother who can’t wait to hold it since the day I told him I am changing phones. He is the perfect person that will take over my precious C3 coz I know that he will take care of it, would keep it safe at all times like putting some snow chains around it wherever he goes. I will miss my C3 but am looking forward to having my new BB Bold! Can’t wait to start BBM!

I brought my daughter to my college friend’s wedding yesterday and just as expected, she posed non-stop! On her game moments she would pose like this..

but there are moments when she doesn’t like to smile or even pose in front of the camera. Yesterday she posed like this, imitating Sadako of the horror movie Ring.

People would comment on how charming she is and ask me if I would allow her to model kids products or ip 203 someday. I would not comment for her, I guess if that’s what she likes to do I will let her just as long as she finishes her education first.

Mahogany Copper Blonde Hair

From black to blonde! Yes, I am blonde girl now. I had a complete transformation last weekend and I still cannot believe I have yellowish hair now – husband misses my long black hair!

I was looking forward to having my hair color treatment for weeks and I still cannot believe it when I saw myself the first time in the mirror – seems like it’s a new me. A lot of my friends have commented how the color complimented my skin but some are loyal to my old look. I guess I have to enjoy this new change on my look and will have another color soon, maybe a darker shade like the color of some dark brown metal buildings perhaps, I know this time husband will accompany me to the Salon!

Makeup and Me

I always look polished and fully made up every time I am at work. I am a late bloomer and glad to say, now I am enjoying what makeup brings. When they say that practice makes perfect, I try to practice applying makeup even when am at home or when we’re out and about on a sunny saturday. Hope that can help me perfect this art of putting makeup somehow

There are a lot of video tutorials on how to apply makeup, I watched some and applied some of the tips but the rule I follow most is the way my makeup artist advised me. Here’s how I apply makeup to my face (take note it’s only within 5 minutes or less!);

With a clean face, apply concealer and primer and then foundation. Apply some loose powder and start putting lines on my eyebrows, then my eyes and then lips. I would curl my eyelashes then put on some mascara and for the final touch I would apply a blush-on on my cheeks.

In my childhood memories when my cousins and I would play doctor or nurse, we would dress up in white with a white cap on our heads and white shoes on our feet. That’s what nursing uniforms are back then – plan and simple white.

But with the changing world and fast paced revolution on fashion, even the people in the medical field would not be left behind. Have you noticed how the nurses and doctors now wore sophisticated and fashionable scrub suits? They certainly look great! The clothes they wear aren’t like those in the fashion runway but its simple grand in their own right.

Violet Adidas Rubber Shoes

Husband surprised me the other night with my training shoes – a violet adidas rubber shoes. He said there’s no more reason not to jog with him on weekends and to do my zumba nightly.

The next night, me and my exercise buddy (aka my eldest daughter Yena) sweat like crazy and enjoyed an hour of Zumba. It was fun. Thanks so much to my husband for reminding me every now and then about my widening waistline. Who treats me with yummy food on weekends and reminds me to sweat out all the fats on weekdays. ^^
